However, if it doesn't, it can go out of balance and is not able to function properly. 


Therefore, the first step to RAISING YOUR VITALITY is making sure that your body is well nourished and supported. 




Step 2: Healing your adult attachment style


As humans, we are wired for healthy connection with others. 


When we have enough relationships in our lives where we feel safe and secure, our VITALITY is naturally amplified. 


However, if we are in relationships where there is not enough love, support or safety, our health is impacted and spirals downwards. 


Therefore, the second step to RAISING YOUR VITALITY is increasing your capacity for healthy and happy relationships. 



Step 3. Unlocking your superpowers


We live in a world that continues to speed up and becomes more complex by the moment.


Therefore, the third step for RAISING YOUR VITALITY is cultivating superpowers that will help you to confidently and effortlessly navigate the uncertain terrain of our times (and using these superpowers can be super fun too!).
