Julia Schneider
I’m a holistic health and life transformation coach who helps women restore their energy, regulate their nervous system, and feel strong, calm, and supported in their bodies and lives.
My work integrates nutrition, movement, sleep, and daily routines with somatic and nervous system healing, mindset, and emotional wellbeing. I help clients move out of chronic stress and depletion by learning how to listen to their bodies, respond to their needs, and create health practices that are truly supportive and sustainable.
I hold a degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences and am a certified Holistic Health & Lifestyle Coach, Feminine Power coach, and wellness entrepreneur. I live the principles I teach and credit them with my own vitality, balance, and deeply fulfilling life.
